Qualifications:
Degree in Economics cum laude at L.U.I.S.S. University of Rome obtained in the year 1985.
He is fellow of the Institute of "Dottori Commercialisti" and member of the Institute of the Certified Auditors "Revisori legali".
He is listed with the consultants of the Court for both the civil and criminal section.
Background:
He has worked in the tax department of Johnson & Johnson S.p.A. Italy, starting in 1986. Afterwards he has advised both Italy-based and multinational clients on tax and company law matters.
He represents the taxpayers before the Tax Courts.
He is member of the board of statutory auditors of several companies and member of the Vigilance Committee (prevention of criminal offences) in multinational companies.
He develops fiscal issues in national tax and accounting magazines and with the Branch of Rome of Dottori Commercialisti with regard to the Company Law.
His experience includes mainly, but not exclusively, corporate and individual tax planning, tax litigation, international tax treaties, cross-border transactions, M&A, fiscal audits.
As for the Company Law his experience includes the corporate finance, business combinations, M&A..
